To simulate the extreme working environments, the test is operated inside the thermal shock test machine, while the temperature switches from -40℃ to 105℃ every 30 minutes. This double-30min test is just a tiny part of the whole testing period, it will be tested for 1000 times, constantly!

The manager will take the filter out 45 days later and test it immediately, make sure its withstand voltage and insulation resistance still meet the original requirements, and its capacitance and inductance change not more than ±5%.
